PositionSummary:

The Procurement Coordinatorwill assist with preparingandcoordinatingprocurement-relatedactivities in accordance with the prescribed procedures to support the development and implementation of energystorageprojects.Experiencewithlarge/utility-scaleconstructionrelatedprocurementprocesses,

theabilitytointerpretcontracts,andexperiencewithSAPisessential.Knowledgeofenergystorage systems, project management processes, and contract management processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhaveresponsibilitiesthatinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

• Manageandensurethatmaterials,equipment,andsuppliesareproperlyandtimelyordered and delivered so that the company's projects function smoothly.
• CompileandsubmitRFPandRFQpackagesforBattery,Inverter,andEMSequipmentaswellas EPC services from potential vendors; negotiate with vendors, conduct vendor screening, and recommend vendors for selection to the manager.
• Establishandregularlyimproveprocurementpoliciesandstandardoperationalproceduresfor purchasing, communicate the policies and procedures to all employees, and monitor the implementation of the policies and procedures.
• Createmonthlyreportsofprocurement-relatedactivitiesandperformanceofthepoolof existing vendors.
• Manageandcoordinateonboardingproceduresofsuppliers,includingtheexecutionofnon- disclosure agreements and anti-bribery and corruption forms.
• File,standardize,andnormalizeRFPandRFQresponsesforBattery,Inverter,andEMS equipment as well as EPC services.
• Maintainprocurementdatabaseandproposaltrackers.
• Responsibleforprocurement-relatedcontractsmanagement, including but not limitedto mastersupplycontracts,exhibits,contractamendments,purchaseorders,changeorders, notices, and SAP purchase order and transfer order issuance.
• Completevendorselectionforms.
• Actasaliaisontocustomers,projectteams,andsuppliers

RequiredQualificationsandSkills:

Minimumcapabilitieswillincludethefollowing:

• ExperiencewithPR/PO/STOfunctionsinSAPisessential.
• ExperiencewithSmartsheetispreferred.
• Bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedtechnicaldisciplinefromauniversityorcollege.
• Minimum3yearsofrelevantexperienceoranequivalentcombinationofeducationand experience.
• Solidandeffectiveinterpersonalandcommunicationskills(includingoral,written,andvisual).
• Abilitytoestablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipsinternallywithcolleaguesas well as externally with suppliers.
• Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills;acuteawarenessandabilitytomanageto deadlines.
• TechnicalproficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuite,includingWord,Excel,andProject.
• Accuracyandattentiontodetailiskeytothisposition.
