Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal is seeking a Process Robotics Developer to drive intelligent document processing projects and automation initiatives. You will design, implement, and support UiPath-based solutions across multiple environments, collaborating with architecture, automation, and operations teams.

The role requires deep UiPath expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid Montreal setting. Experience with IDP, OCR, APIs, and Agile practices is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, IXP, and AI Center.
• Experience in developing and configuring Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
• Master the concepts of OCR, document classification and data extraction.
• Experience in process automation (RPA/IPA).
• Know API integrations and web services.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and autonomy.
• Knowledge of regulated environments (asset).
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments (asset).
• Knowledge of ML models for document processing (asset).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for document automation.
