Process Engineer
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a Process Engineer with 5+ years of experience to place at our client, a Big Five Bank.

Job Details:

• Client: Big Five Bank
• Terms: 6 Month Contract
• Location: Hybrid, Downtown Toronto – 2-3 days in Office

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, implement, measure, and manage processes aligning with business strategy and stakeholder requirements.
2. Act as a trusted advisor, influence, negotiate, and recommend solutions based on analysis.
3. Support strategic planning, identify emerging issues, and assist in the development of strategic initiatives.
4. Build relationships, ensure stakeholder alignment, and monitor performance.
5. Design reports, dashboards, and conduct data analysis for insights and recommendations.
6. Lead or participate in change management activities, develop communication plans, and support operational programs.
7. Document processes, assist with training, and collaborate on process design and improvement.
8. Ensure processes meet standards, adhere to compliance, and seek automation opportunities.
9. Maintain current documentation and support process integration across the organization.
10. Resolve process issues, exercise judgment in problem-solving, and handle non-routine situations.

Qualifications:

• Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience and a related post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of business analysis, project delivery, processes, risks, and compliance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills.
• Data-driven decision-making capability.
