Job summary

Amrize Canada Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer-In-Training to help optimize cement production through data analysis, field measurements, and equipment inspections.

The role involves field work to understand processes affecting efficiency and product quality while supporting environmental and safety goals. The candidate will participate in hazard assessments, monitor process targets, and collaborate with production teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Field of Study preferred: Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Entry level position.
• Travel required: 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations through process and quality data analysis and field measurements.
• Conduct hazard assessments and field-level risk assessments.
• Maintain operation trends to ensure targets are met.
• Assist in process control to keep product within quality targets.
• Perform routine process inspections and audits and recommend improvements.
• Calibrate process tools and instrumentation and track energy efficiency.
