Entegris, Inc. in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking a Process Development Engineer to advance chemical manufacturing from lab to pilot and full production.

You will design experiments, build process understanding, and lead scale-up with close collaboration across R&D, Operations, EHS, and business teams. The role requires a chemical engineering degree and 3–8+ years of experience, plus strong data analysis, modelling, and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering.
• 3–8+ years of experience in process development, scale-up, or manufacturing.
• Experience with pilot plant operations and chemical processing equipment.
• Strong data analysis, modelling and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process safety methodologies.

This position will be based in our Toronto facility.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, scaling, and troubleshooting chemical manufacturing processes from laboratory through pilot and manufacturing scales.
