Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in process design in chemical manufacturing.
• Proficient in Aspen HYSYS or PRO/II and CAD tools.
• Strong unit operations, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics knowledge.
• Experience with safety reviews and hazard assessments.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Process Design Engineer to join their team in Kimberley , operating under a hybrid work model. This role is integral to the conceptualization and detailed design of new chemical processes and the modification of existing ones. You will be responsible for developing process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and performing process simulations. Working collaboratively with project teams, you will ensure designs are safe, efficient, economical, and meet all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
