Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Pro Account Sales Associate to service industrial and commercial customers in-store and on site visits. You will share product knowledge across departments and build lasting professional relationships to drive project sales.

Key duties include prospecting new business on the sales floor, developing Pro customer relationships, and delivering accurate quotes and orders while maintaining store standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year receiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new business, with emphasis on active floor prospecting.
• Develop one-on-one relationships with Pro customers and anticipate needs.
• Upsell, cross-sell and close sales to satisfy customer projects.
• Maintain an organized system for top accounts and new opportunities.
• Follow-up to ensure satisfaction and drive future business.
• Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and promptly.
• Communicate order details to logistics teams to meet expectations.
