• Spend at least 25% of time pursuing new business, including on the sales floor.
• Develop one-on-one relationships with Pro customers to anticipate needs.
• Present products and services to customers and close sales.
• Maintain organized profiles of top accounts and develop new ones.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and pursue future business.
