Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Canada is seeking a senior Capital Markets operations professional to lead and optimize private markets investment operations for large institutional clients.

You will coordinate across investment operations, portfolio management, fund accounting, treasury, risk, legal, custody, and technology teams to steward onboarding, commitments, capital calls, distributions, and data integrity across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Operations, Asset Management Operations, Fund Administration, or Financial Services Consulting.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Private Markets, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Funds, Direct Investments, or EPM operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment operations activities across the private markets lifecycle including entity setup, asset onboarding, commitments, capital calls, distributions, transfers, restructurings, and dispositions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for private markets operations supporting institutional investor and limited partner operating environments.
• Partner with Investment Operations, Portfolio Management, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Custody, and Technology teams to define and implement future-state operating models.
• Review and validate investment documentation including LPAs, subscription agreements, commitment agreements, assignment agreements, side letters, pricing letters, and transaction confirmations.
• Ensure investment terms and funding mechanics are accurately reflected across downstream systems and operational processes.
