Job summary

Vanguard Canada seeks an experienced client service and operations professional for a 12- to 18-month hybrid contract. The role blends client service leadership with fund administration transformation, acting as a trusted SME and project lead across Canadian and global teams.

You will help strengthen client experience, improve processes, manage operational risk, and drive change while partnering with external service providers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client service, fund operations, or related financial services functions.
• Experience with third-party service providers or outsourced operating models.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for complex client service inquiries and operational issues.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Relationship Management, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and Product teams.
• Provide day-to-day leadership across recordkeeping, client servicing, controls, and related processes.
• Support Canadian project activities related to fund administration and back-office transformation.
• Coordinate communications, governance updates, and project reporting for Canadian teams.
• Assist with audit-ready documentation and regulatory considerations.
