Job summary

Fiera Capital is seeking a Head of Business Operations, Private Wealth (Canada) to drive operational excellence and scalable growth in Canada’s private wealth business. You will partner with Global Operations, Technology, Trading, and Compliance to align initiatives and deliver client-centric outcomes.

The role requires 15+ years in operations within private wealth or asset management, with 10+ years in leadership. A bilingual English/French capability is advantageous in the Canadian market.

Qualifications

• Must have deep experience in private wealth/business operations.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an operational roadmap for scalable growth in Private Wealth Canada.
• Lead governance, vendor relations, and regulatory processes (KYC, IPS).
• Collaborate with Global Ops, Technology, Trading and Compliance for aligned execution.
• Oversee onboarding, client statements, and back-end client processes.
