Job summary

Fiera Capital in Montreal seeks a Head of Business Operations, Private Wealth (Canada) to drive scalable growth and ensure efficient operations across the Private Wealth platform. You will partner with the Global Head of Operations, Technology, Trading and Compliance to execute a clear operational roadmap and optimize the client experience.

The role requires deep Private Wealth expertise, strategic leadership, and a track record delivering governance, risk mitigation, and process improvements in

Qualifications

• 15+ years of operations and business support in private wealth or asset management.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Bilingual English/French is a strong asset for Canada.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian wealth management operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an operational roadmap for scalable growth.
• Lead governance, onboarding, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Global Operations, Technology, Trading, and Compliance.
• Oversee back-end client processes and delivery of statements.
