OMERS Ventures is seeking an Analyst to support Private Investment Operations across multiple products and global markets. You will help ensure accurate recording, control and administration of private credit, leveraged finance, fund investments, co-investments and SMAs throughout the investment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment operations or alternative investments.
• Experience with private credit, leveraged finance, fund investments or SMAs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with investment accounting platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and control issues.

Responsabilités

• Maintain operational book of record for private market investments, processing transactions, settlements and valuations.
• Administer private loans, leveraged facilities, fund investments, co-investments and SMAs, including funding events.
• Coordinate and record capital calls, distributions and subscriptions across systems.
• Review information from loan agents, managers and custodians; perform checks and investigate exceptions.
• Process and reconcile management and performance fees, expenses and other charges.
• Support valuation oversight, cash monitoring and due diligence; track covenants and lifecycle events.
• Execute reconciliations and maintain audit-ready evidence.
• Utilize automation and AI tools to improve data quality and efficiency while maintaining controls.
• Assist testing and validation of workflows in investment platforms like eFront and Aladdin.
