Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an accounting professional to support Private Equity fund accounting and investor reporting. The role focuses on NAV calculations, capital calls, and financial statement preparation, with collaboration across teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong MS Excel skills; familiarity with Investran is a plus. This is a demanding role in a global financial institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years' accounting experience, preferably at a Big 4, PE firm or fund administrator.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds; familiarity with Private Equity fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain books and records for funds and GP vehicles per governing documents.
• Prepare/Review Net Asset Valuations and financial reporting packs, including statements and allocations.
• Prepare/Review capital calls and distributions, notices, and reconcile flows.
