JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Fund Accountant to support private equity funds’ books, NAVs, capital calls and distributions. You will prepare detailed financial reporting and liaise with auditors and tax teams to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 2+ years in an accounting role, preferably in a PE fund or fund administrator.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for investment funds and familiarity with Private Equity structures.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to see projects through.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain books and records of Private Equity funds in accounting database.
• Prepare and review Net Asset Valuations and financial reporting packs.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and reconcile proceeds.
• Manage capital notices and quarterly reporting on investor portal.
• Collaborate with manager and stakeholders to meet SLA timelines.
• Adhere to internal control framework and policies.
• Coordinate year-end process with external auditors and tax teams.
