Job summary

Hello World Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Account Manager for a well-established North York brokerage. You will deliver elite service to high-net-worth clients, manage renewals, provide policy recommendations, and grow the book of business through cross-selling.

The role offers hybrid work with options to split time between Vaughan and North York offices, and includes a competitive compensation package with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the VIP insurance space.
• R.I.B.O. license is required.
• Proficiency with EPIC brokerage system is a must.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers (e.g., Aviva, Intact, Northbridge, Chubb) and the private client market.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Support: respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax with high service levels.
• Account Management: conduct renewal reviews, provide recommendations, quote comparisons, and remarket policies when needed.
• Sales & Cross-Selling: identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products.
• Document Management: process renewals, endorsements, claims, and change requests via EPIC and portals.
