  • Client Service & Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax, maintaining high service standards.
  • Account Management: Conduct renewal reviews, provide recommendations, offer comparison quotes, and remarket policies to retain and grow the book of business.
  • Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products.
  • Document Management: Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and change requests efficiently via EPIC and company portals.

Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the VIP insurance space.
  • R.I.B.O. license is required.
  • Proficiency with EPIC brokerage system is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance carriers (e.g., Aviva Ovation, Intact Prestige, Northbridge Onyx, Chubb) and the private client insurance market.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
