Responsibilities

• Client Service & Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax, maintaining high service standards.
• Account Management: Conduct renewal reviews, provide recommendations, offer comparison quotes, and remarket policies to retain and grow the book of business.
• Sales & Cross-Selling: Monitor account details and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products.
• Document Management: Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and change requests efficiently through EPIC and other portals.
