Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of VIP insurance experience.
• R.I.B.O. license is required.

• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and private client market.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring a high level of service.
• Account Management: Conduct renewal reviews, provide recommendations, issue quotes, and remarket policies to retain and grow the book.
• Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to clients.
• Document Management: Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and change requests via EPIC and portals.
