Fluent English and at least two years of customer service experience are required; proficiency in Illustrator

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate quotes and pricing information.
• Communicate with customers to ensure they understand the different printing methods offered.
• Use best judgement to determine which printing method to use to yield the best results for the customer.
• Inform and guide customers on how to navigate the website.
• Handle phone, email, and in person communications.
• Trouble shooting customer complaints and providing the correct solution.
• Provide brand/product recommendations to customer based on their wants and needs.
