Job summary

Coastal Reign Printing Ltd in Toronto is seeking a detail‑driven Customer Service Representative to quote pricing, explain printing methods, and guide customers through our website. You will manage phone, email and in‑person inquiries, ensure tickets resolve within one business day, create mock-ups in Illustrator, and relay feedback to the customer service manager to improve processes.

Fluent English and at least two years of customer service experience are required; proficiency in Illustrator
