Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the print and customer service areas by selling and learning products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production.
• Handle transactions using the POS system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools.
• Fulfill steps required for intake or pick up of customer orders in Print.
• Ensure printers are stocked with paper, toners, and supplies; catalogue and prioritize print orders.
• Maintain merchandising and signage standards around print and cash areas; ensure inventory control.
