Job summary

Coastal Reign Printing Ltd in Vancouver is seeking a Customer Service Representative to quote pricing, explain printing methods, and help customers choose the best option for their project.

You will handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, maintain relationships with speed and professionalism, create mock-ups in Illustrator, and relay feedback to improve processes. Fluent English and at least two years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate quotes and pricing information
• Communicate with customers to ensure they understand the different printing methods offered
• Use best judgement to determine which printing method to use to yield the best results for the customer
• Inform and guide customers on how to navigate the website
• Ensure tickets yield a KPI of 1-business day maximum wait time
• Maintain customer relationships through professionalism and speed of service
• Create mock-ups on an artwork software, such as Adobe Illustrator
• Provide feedback to customer service manager in order to better improve work processes
• Handle phone, email, and in person communications.
• Trouble shooting customer complaints and providing the correct solution.
• Provide brand/product recommendations to customer based on their wants and needs.
