Job summary

Staples Canada in Niagara Falls is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, learn products and services, and use our selling model to offer informed recommendations to customers. You will contribute to print and customer service areas, work with store leaders to meet sales and margin goals, and ensure policy compliance.

In-store print production, stock management, and adherence to health, safety, privacy policies are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas of the store by utilizing our selling model within the store and learning all our products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
• Engage with and sell to all customers by offering tailored products and services using all tools and techniques available in our selling model to anticipate and meet future customer needs.
