Job summary

We Must is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee workers and projects at our Hamilton, Ontario site. The role requires coordinating and scheduling activities, reviewing proofs or samples, and ensuring work meets schedule timelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and has 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience, with a willingness to relocate if necessary and a commitment to on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and projects
• Review and approve all job proofs or samples
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
