Job summary

Moneris Solutions Corp in Toronto seeks a Principal Salesforce Software Developer to lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions with enterprise-scale impact across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing clouds.

You will guide technical direction, set standards, and mentor teams while partnering with product, business, and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or equivalent expertise.
• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expert level knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce.
• Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Salesforce security and data architecture including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds.
• Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and development patterns.
• Collaborate with architects to align Salesforce with enterprise architecture and drive adoption of new technologies.
• Hands-on development for key features and mentoring of developers and junior architects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
