Job summary

Vivid Soft Global Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for a major Canadian banking client.

The role centers on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) with strong emphasis on architecture, integration, and governance. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure scalable and secure FSC deployments, and partner with Enterprise Architects and Business stakeholders to align with regulatory demands and industry

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce experience including FSC design and leadership
• Proven experience delivering large FSC implementations for 1000+ users
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
• Experience with integration patterns and API-led architectures
• Familiarity with security, data governance, and regulatory considerations in financial services

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for a major Canadian banking client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), enterprise solution design, and large-scale implementations within complex, highly regulated environments.

This role requires a hands‑on technical leader who can collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and vendor partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end technical design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce architectures aligned with enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Provide technical leadership across solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Drive architecture and design discussions with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Lead development teams and perform technical reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise banking systems using APIs, middleware, and event‑driven architectures.
• Establish development standards, governance frameworks, and CI/CD best practices.
• Mentor developers and technical team members while fostering engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Delivery Leads to define implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, regulatory, and data governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience including solution design and technical leadership.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce solutions for organizations with 1,000+ Salesforce users.
• Strong expertise in:

• Extensive experience with enterprise integration patterns and API‑led architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with a Big 4 consulting firm or a leading global consulting organization.
• Experience delivering Salesforce transformations within Banking, Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services domains.
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation or Certification.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and large transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms such as MuleSoft is highly desirable.
