Placements24 is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead our Industrial sector practice. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, assessing, and placing senior talent across manufacturing, engineering, and logistics within Canada.

You will manage high-level client relationships, drive complex recruitment projects, and contribute to strategic business growth. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of leadership in recruitment and a proven track record of placing executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a strong specialization in the Industrial sector (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain).
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior management and executive roles.
• Expertise in advanced search methodologies, candidate engagement, and market analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage executive and senior-level recruitment assignments within the industrial sector.
