Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven specialization in the Mining and Resources Engineering sector.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior-level and highly technical roles within mining operations, exploration, and processing.
• In-depth knowledge of mining processes, equipment, and relevant engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency with advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized mining job boards, professional associations) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
