Job summary

Credera is a global consulting firm delivering AI-enabled software engineering and transformational consulting. As Principal Architect, you’ll own the technical vision, design and delivery for engagements, mentor teams, and help shape practice strategy and go-to-market efforts.

You will balance hands-on coding with guiding large, mission-critical systems while driving client relationships and business development in a hybrid/remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in software architecture or technology consulting.
• Hands-on coding up to 40% of time with modern stacks and AI tooling.
• Deep knowledge across UX, middle tier, and database platforms.
• Experience with multiple languages: Java, .NET, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.
• Familiarity with cloud and containers: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Define technology vision, design, estimation and delivery for engagements.
• Lead teams of technologists and mentor senior practice leaders.
• Drive business development and client relationships with technical rigor.
• Contribute to R&D, training, and accelerator development within the practice.
