Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. (QTR) seeks a Principal Software Engineer to lead AI-native, agentic development for a greenfield B2B SaaS platform. You will architect, implement, and oversee delivery of production-grade software using AI agents across multiple streams.

You will mentor a small team, collaborate with the Chief Architect, and shape scalable, secure AI-enabled tooling. Remote across Canada/US; EST/CST alignment preferred.

Formación

• Experience leading architecturally significant software projects.
• Hands-on leadership with AI agents in end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with AI development tools and agentic workflows.

• Own architecture and technical direction for a new enterprise-grade platform.
• Drive end-to-end AI-powered development across multiple streams.
• Mentor engineers and ensure production readiness.
