League is seeking a Principal, Solution Engineering to lead pre‑sales efforts and demonstrate how League’s platform enables AI-powered health experiences. Qualifications

7-10+ years Solutions Engineering / Pre‑Sales experience.
10-15+ years total professional experience.
Experience in leading solution architecture and software demonstrations for AI-native and/or AI enabled healthcare IT solutions.
Direct experience with AI/ML solutions in a technical and/or pre‑sales capacity.
Cross-functional collaboration to bring innovations to market across lifecycle.
Strong understanding of AI within healthcare data ecosystems and secure integration.
Experience with Platform‑as‑a‑Service or Software‑as‑a‑Service models.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
Bachelor's Degree equivalent.

Responsibilities

As Principal, Solution Engineering, lead pre‑sales efforts with Strategic Account Directors.
Design digital consumer experiences by partnering with customers and internal teams.
Align platform capabilities to business value and articulate solutions.
Visualize best-in-class health experiences with live demos and mock‑ups.
Partner across customer, implementation, product and engineering teams to build actionable plans.
Support growth by contributing to go‑to‑market strategy and RFP/RFIs.
