Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; Master's preferred.
• 11–15+ years of progressive software/AI engineering experience.
• Expert-level coding for production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale AI platforms.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise AI/ML engineering strategy.
• Lead foundation model services and generative AI solutions.
