Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and ensure smooth operations with exceptional customer service.

You will coach the sales team, model authentic service, manage cash reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing shifts on a rota. This is an ideal first supervisory step for someone with retail experience in a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: prior retail operations with cash reconciliation and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching others to meet targets.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software and ensuring right to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational customer service.
• Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and rota-based opening/closing.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets.
