Job summary

Live Nation Canada, Inc. is opening a new premium venue team for events in Toronto. The role focuses on delivering exceptional VIP service, coordinating with staff, and upselling beverages and food during high-volume events.

Successful candidates will have Smart Serve certification, 3+ years in premium hospitality, and comfort with POS systems. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required at a state-of-the-art venue.

Qualifications

Must be Smart Serve certified and at least 19 years of age or older.
Minimum of 3 years serving in a premium, fast-paced environment.
Bottle service and casual fine dining experience is an asset.
Knowledge of various spirits, beers, wines and champagnes.
Experience using point of sale systems.
Appetize is an asset but not required.
Experience delivering drinks and maneuvering trays through large crowds.
Strong upselling skills and ability to meet daily sales incentives.
Ability to verify IDs and enforce legal drinking age.

Responsibilities

Provide premium service in VIP areas, serving food and beverages during events.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of offerings and make recommendations.
Use POS to process orders and upsell in real time.
Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and bartenders to ensure guest satisfaction.
Foster a collaborative, high-energy team environment.
