King Living is opening a brand new Edmonton showroom and is seeking a proven sales leader to join as Second in Charge. You will lead from the floor, deliver warm, consultative experiences, and model the standards that define the customer journey every day.

Working closely with the Showroom Manager, you will coach the team, run daily briefings, manage stock and rosters, and help build a premium brand presence. This role offers a clear path toward Showroom Manager as our Canadian network expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury retail and leadership of teams.
• Proven track record with store targets and showroom performance.
• Strong coaching and customer relationship skills.
• Flexible to work weekends on roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front with warm, consultative customer experiences.
• Support Showroom Manager with coaching and daily briefings.
• Prepare and launch the Edmonton showroom, manage stock and presentation.
• Act as second in command when the Showroom Manager is away.
• Develop pathway toward Showroom Manager as the Canadian network expands.
