Job summary

This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and strategic account management during events.

You will build strong relationships with Executive Suite holders, handle game-day requests, manage renewals and benefit programs, and coordinate with hospitality and operations to ensure top-tier

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience, preferably with premium clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible with evenings and weekends.
• Experience planning and coordinating events a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account management for premium suite and club seating portfolios.
• Develop relationships with Executive Suiteholders and premium seating clients.
• Coordinate game day requests and event-related requirements.
• Manage contractual obligations, renewal campaigns and benefit programs.
• Collaborate with Hospitality, Parking, Security, Housekeeping and Operations on events.
• Track touchpoints in Salesforce and assist with communications.
