The ideal candidate will bring hospitality leadership, strong guest service focus, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety and standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years' experience in a food and beverage supervisory role or related area.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Pro Serve Certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned location and supervise associates.
• Anticipate guests' needs and communicate preferences to teams.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with guests and colleagues.
• Assign and ensure timely completion of tasks; suggest improvements.
• Support Front of House labour controls and efficient staffing.
