Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking Suite Attendants to deliver premium guest service at events. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure suites are stocked and prepared according to client requirements.

Role requires experience in serving or suite attendance, strong communication, and the ability to engage guests professionally. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with flexible scheduling for evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or suite attendant required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to converse with guests.
• Able to stand/walk constantly and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible hours including evenings, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Stock suites with food, beverages and products per IDH standards and guest orders.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of suite and service areas during events.
• Replenish products on guest request during events.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and check IDs.
• Know menu items and other offerings to assist guests.
• Provide elevated guest service and anticipate needs.
