Harry Rosen is seeking a Luxury Guest Experience Specialist for full-time, permanent work at Bloor St. in Toronto. You will lead client welcome, manage inquiries, and coordinate hospitality services to ensure a seamless luxury experience throughout store events and deliveries.

The role demands 2–4 years in luxury retail or related fields, exceptional service, and strong communication. Weekend availability and event support are expected in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge or client-facing service.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to deliver high-touch client experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, advisors and vendors.
• Organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting events, appointments and hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Front Door & Client Welcome: be first impression, greet clients, direct to advisor or leader.
• Phone & Inquiry Management: answer calls and assess inquiries in real time.
• Hospitality & Bar Operations: oversee bar service, ensure standards and arrangements for clients.
• In-Appointment Support: stay available during appointments and follow up after visits.
• Special Delivery & Logistics: coordinate local deliveries and client home deliveries with timing.
• Store Activations & Event Execution: serve as in-store contact for events and trunk shows.
• Vendor Partnerships: source and manage local hospitality partnerships to enhance experience.
