Customer Service Representative (Part‑Time) – Vaughan Mills

Harry Rosen is a retailer of fine‑quality menswear with store locations across Canada. We specialize in luxury menswear for over 70 years and are officially recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and associates at the cash desk.
• Perform daily cash handling, including opening/closing registers and processing all sales transactions.
• Bag and issue purchased products on behalf of customers.
• Answer store phones and maintain the service desk.
• Update and maintain client information files, including membership in the Harry Loyalty program.
• Assist with inter‑store transfer processing and e‑commerce requests and shipments.
• Assist clients who have purchased online but are picking up products in store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑facing service desk role.
• Strong service orientation and desire to wow customers.
• Detail oriented with strong multi‑tasking skills.
• Interest in technology and its application to retail customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Compensation

$17.75 per hour.
