Lindt in Canada is seeking a warm, polished Chocolate Advisor to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will provide personalized service, share knowledge about Lindt’s heritage, and act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.

This role involves premium service, handling returns, assisting with inventory, POS transactions, and supporting promotional activities with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, friendly, and energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer experience with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Contribute to sales targets through attentive service and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards, restock and present products premium.
• Assist with inventory duties, including receiving shipments and restocking.
• Support cash handling and POS transactions, and assist with corporate gifting orders.
