Job summary

Lindt in Ontario is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to deliver a premium in-store experience. You will greet guests, recommend products, and share Lindt’s heritage and craftsmanship while upholding luxury store standards.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, and accommodation is available upon request.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to create memorable experiences.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, friendly, and energetic personality.
