Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA licence.
• Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends, averaging 40 hours per week.
• Strong work ethic with energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional, engaging manner in store or via inquiries.
• Build rapport to understand needs and recommend vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing and financing options and help structure deals with management.
• Maintain follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries for smooth handover.
• Stay current on OEM features and market trends.
• Contribute to team success with a positive attitude.
