Zusammenfassung

Campus Honda Victoria is seeking a motivated Product Advisor to join our sales team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, presenting vehicles, and guiding clients through pricing and financing options.

You will build relationships, conduct test drives, and leverage CRM for follow-ups, with ongoing product knowledge development. Training is provided, and a 40-hour workweek is standard at our Victoria dealership.

Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week.

Pay Range: Variable commission structure.

This role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership.

A day in the Life

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.

• Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEMfeatures, technology, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced sales environment.Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
