Jim Pattison Volvo Cars North Vancouver is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team. You will drive sales in a premium brand environment, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a variable commission structure. You will present vehicles, coordinate test drives, and guide customers through financing options, while maintaining strong CRM follow-up and product knowledge.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and present vehicle options.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and respond to inquiries in person, via phone, and online.
• Build rapport to understand needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals with management.
• Maintain CRM to track leads and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a smooth handover.
• Stay up to date on OEM features and market trends.
• Contribute to team success with a positive attitude.
