Job summary

Easton’s Group of Hotels is seeking a passionate leader to manage food and beverage operations for the Hilton Garden Inn Vaughan Toronto as the property opens in Vaughan, Ontario. You will help build a high-performing team, set service standards, and shape the guest dining experience from day one.

The role focuses on budgeting, cost control, and driving revenue through promotions and exceptional guest service, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for guest interaction and supervision of staff.
• Experience in food and beverage management preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food & beverage operations to ensure quality service and guest experience.
• Assist in preparing annual departmental budget and monitor expenses, especially for F&B and labour.
• Identify local sales opportunities and promotions to drive revenue and guest value.
• Ensure secure handling of all financial transactions and compliance with regulations.
