Job summary

Dentalcorp is seeking a Dental Practice Lead in Wetaskiwin to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will partner with leadership across the clinic to optimize scheduling, budgeting, and compliance while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager is required.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.
  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice, ensuring maximum productivity and operational excellence.
  • Constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and provide coaching to the team.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and retention of patients.
  • Drive the implementation of company programs, policies and procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet objectives.
  • Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit.
  • Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process.
  • Oversee all compliance programs within the practice and ensure patient safety and regulatory adherence.
