Job summary

Crystal Dental Centre in Ontario is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, improve productivity and ensure top patient care. You will manage staffing, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and dental software, with 3–5 years’ supervisory experience.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000-$75,000 CAD, RRSP matching, gym discounts, insurance savings and an Employee Assistance Program. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager is required.
• Strong business acumen and budget/forecasting experience.
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and improve productivity and patient flow.
• Partner with compliance, HR and leadership to ensure clinical standards and safety.
• Oversee staffing, payroll and accounts receivable; manage budgets and forecasting.
