Job Description: Practice Manager at Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA)

Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) is seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to oversee operational activities at a practice location, including business and front office functions. Responsibilities include managing office procedures, facilities, equipment maintenance, and supervising non-clinical staff. The ideal candidate should possess strong multi-tasking skills and bring positivity and passion to their work. We welcome both experienced professionals and new graduates interested in oncology care.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily activities of the business office, including patient billing, collections, reimbursement, and computer operations.
  • Manage front office operations such as scheduling, reception, and insurance authorization/verification.
  • Implement reimbursement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations to maximize reimbursement and efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly reimbursement and financial reports.
  • Coordinate office procedures across departments to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
  • Implement manual and computerized systems to support office activities based on business needs.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff; recommend merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions, adhering to HR policies.
  • Provide coverage for business and front office functions as needed; oversee procurement, storage, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain medical records and office files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations; supervise non-clinical staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of seven years of medical office management experience.
